Salinas de Fuencaliente

The Salinas de Fuencaliente, at the southern tip of La Palma, are working sea salt flats declared a Site of Scientific Interest, next to the lighthouse and the Teneguía volcano. The site has a visitor centre, an artisan-salt shop and a restaurant, overlooking the white and pink mosaics of the salt pans above the sea.
